Nomination Committee

Annual General Meeting 2009 resolved that the company´s Nomination Committee shall consist of Reidar Öster, Staffan Ekelund and Åke R. Persson and that the
Nomination Committee from the ownership situation as per 2009-08-31 has the mandate to appoint an additional member. Thus the Nomination Committee has appointed Peter Rönström from Lannebo Fonder as a member of the Committee.
