Nomination Committee

Annual General Meeting 2011 resolved that the company´s Nomination Committee shall consist of Reidar Öster, Peter Hansson, Åke R. Persson and Peter Rönström, Lannebo Fonder. Reidar Öster has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee can send these to the below address at the latest January 1st 2012.
